PORCELAIN (1) freshly boiled water, let it brew for two to three minutes before pouring into a thin, bone china cup that belonged to my mother and then add a little milk.  I don't take sugar myself but that should be added last if necessary and then stir briefly.  That, for me, is the way to make the perfect, satisfying, cup of rosie.  I'll just go and fill the kettle...
