HOME COMFORT  For me there has to be a comfortable armchair and easy access to the bathroom with no stairs to climb.  Those two requirements take priority over everything else. Of course, things like heating and running hot and cold water, electricity, food, clothing, radio, television, telephone and good friends and neighbours and so on all have their value but for me nowadays,they come second to the armchair and the bathroom.
