MOMENTISM (2)

THE APPOINTED HOUR at the third stroke we'll be able to hear the drawing of bolts...
Do you read the title of the drawing first, then the sub text and then look at the image or do you look at the image first followed by the title of the drawing and then the sub text or perhaps you read the sub text first then look at the image and leave the reading of the title to the end of the viewing cycle.  It's not really possible to look at the image, read the title followed by the sub text all at the same time but the image, the drawing title and the sub text are all part of the whole and are intended to lead into each other.  The viewing sequence that I favour is to look at the image first then read the title of the drawing and complete the cycle by reading the sub text.  I repeat this sequence several times to create the viewing flow during which the image becomes the primary object of the viewing while the drawing title and the sub text, though retaining their relevance to the whole, take up a secondary, remembered, position in my mind's eye...
